It is Becker’s practice to provide employees with annual paid time off for rest and relaxation. Vacation eligibility depends on the employee's status as a full-time staff member and period of active service. We also offer PTO and seven paid holidays throughout the year.
Any regular employee who has completed 12 months of continuous full-time employment is eligible for our 401(k) plan, which includes a company match program.
Becker Furniture offers staff members a substantial discount off the price of our furniture, accessories and mattresses.

retail store positions
Our retail-store positions are available at full or part-time including flexible scheduling and paid-training that helps give you all the tools you need to succeed. Our array of retail store position creates an opportunity for all skill sets and interests.
distribution center positions
It is the responsibility of our Delivery and Customer Service teams to complete the customer shopping experience. From scheduling delivery to placing the items in home, we strive to respectful, accommodating and excited about a client’s new furniture or mattress.

Our trained Room Consultants & Designers help customers plan their room based on their needs. We don’t want to just sell a sofa; we want to help customers plan a room that they can enjoy with their family and friends. It is our solemn promise to provide customers with exceptional value in every product and service we provide. Quite simply: If it isn’t a good value, it’s not good enough for our customers. We recognize that consumers have thousands of choices and hundreds of places to shop. Buying new furniture can be a daunting and even scary experience.
