Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase and continue to be our customer for many years to come. If, within 7 days of receiving your furniture, you are not satisfied please notify us and we will do everything possible to quickly solve your concern. Should it be necessary, during this period we will accept your merchandise in its original condition for a one-time reselection. If necessary, we will also accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund during this time period.

*Note: Refund, exchange or reselection does not apply to special order merchandise, delivery fees, ready-to-assemble or clearance merchandise. Please see service policy about your obligation to notify us of merchandise damage. For mattress purchases, our satisfaction guarantee is 120 days from date of purchase (after 60 nights, if you are not comfortable on your new mattress, we will assist you with a one-time reselection of same or greater value). We guarantee to have the lowest prices in Minnesota on any product we sell. If, within 30 days of purchase, you find an identical item displayed or advertised at a lower price at any Minnesota full-stocking furniture retailer, we will, upon verification, refund the price difference plus an additional 20% of the difference.

To assure your having the widest selection of home furnishings, a 33% deposit (one-third down) is required for all special order merchandise. This deposit in non-refundable. You must take delivery within two weeks of the date we notify you of the receipt of your order. Should you be unable to accept delivery within this period, please make arrangements with the store for storage charges. *Note: Refund, exchange or re-selection will not be allowed on special order merchandise.

Warranty Program

Delivery Policy

Our professional delivery personnel will, for a minimal stop charge, carefully inspect your purchase, prepare it, deliver it to your home and set it in place. There is only one stop charge regardless of the number of items delivered to a single address. You will be called the day prior to delivery and notified of the estimated time delivery will be made.

We need your help to assure the smoothest and most efficient delivery. If you need to reschedule your delivery date from that specified on your original sales order, call us 48 hours ahead. If you will not be home at the time of delivery please make arrangements with our delivery department. Options include leaving a key and the delivery personnel will lock your home as they leave, having a neighbor or building manager accept the delivery or having the driver call you one hour before delivery so you can be there.

Please have your home ready for delivery. Remove any furniture, accessories, breakable objects or obstructions from the delivery path and room or area where your purchase is to be placed. Measure one last time where the item is to be placed to make sure it will fit. We are not able to move your existing furniture. For safety reasons, we are unable to remove shoes when entering your home. If you have a concern with dirt, snow or mud being tracked in, please put something down on your floor to protect it.

We cannot deliver accessory items such as pictures, lamps and mirrors. Our trucks are not equipped to ensure safe, damage-free delivery of these items.

Saturday: 9:30 – 5:30 PM
